PRINZ is one of the leading manufacturers of fasteners for the automotive industry, the household appliance sector, window construction and the tool industry. On a production area of 16,000 m², we process more than 8,000 t of steel per year directly from coil into high-quality fasteners using the cold forming process.

We are manufacturers of "extra-long" fasteners (Ø 2.0 - 22 mm, length from approx. 50 to 2,000 mm) and produce according to customer requirements. Thanks to our very well-equipped machinery, we also implement difficult geometries.

The family business looks back on a long history, which began in 1875 with the production of the first wire articles at the current location in Plettenberg, founded by Heinrich Prinz together with his father Heinrich. Today, around 180 employees work at the Plettenberg site every day to ensure the company's success.
