KALELILER Fasteners was founded in 1995 by Mr. Kazım Kaleli in a small shop
in Ankara, Turkey. He started up the business in small shop retailing and with
a great vision -to become a world-leading supplier of fasteners one day. Today,
Kaleliler has 172 employees in a factory of 10.000 m2
covered area in a total
area of 14.000 m2 in Ankara/Saray and still retain a lot of the down-to-earth
and personable feeling that they had since the very beginning. Since then, the
aim is to focus on customer satisfaction with fast delivery and quality product

In our production facility, we are performing bolt production, stud bolt and anchor
bolt production, nut and special fasteners production via hot forging & cold forming
methods with different steel and stainless steel raw materials and electro-galvanized
and hot-dip galvanize coating.Various types of geomet coating and Zn-Nickel coating
applications can be applied as well.
Thanks to the hot forging method, we are making a difference in our industry,
especially with the production of large-scale bolts and special
fasteners. In the machining section, we are manufacturing custom-made parts to
meet any and all requirements of different industries.
Our factory can carry out a fast production of superior quality thanks to its machinery
and equipment pool from automatic cutting unit to hot forging unit, machining unit,
thread rolling unit, heat treatment process and coating unit, and quality control
laboratory. We have a wide range of products with our KLR marking bolts and screws
between M 12 - M 80 diameter up to a length of 1000 mm Threaded rods and studs
between M 8 – M 220 mm. with all length nuts between M 20 – M 80. Anchorage bolts,
bent items like U-Bolts and J-Bolts. Besides our wide range of products, we have a
wide range of stock items for all types of Fasteners as well
Our production is under control in every step of production by our Process Control Staff
and operators according to the related QCP documents dedicated to the related productions. And in our Quality Control Laboratory, all checks and tests are done by our qualified
engineers beginning from raw material incoming inspection and the results are registered
by the help of ERP program used named CANIAS, and related 3.1 B certificates according to
EN 10204 standard are generated, so that we can guarantee traceability to our clients for
many years.
