Ripleg S.A.U. is a family-owned company founded in 1988 and has over 7000 m2 of space. One idea is enough to carry out the entire process until a fully finished and tested product is achieved. Ripleg SAU offers 3D engineering, development, manufacturing, and testing of finished products. Collaboration, solutions, quality, and service are our main tools to achieve customer satisfaction.

The 3D design of Solidworks is the first step in shaping the project. A good industrial design can facilitate the other processes as well as reduce costs. Ripleg SAU has 6 Solidworks workstations, which provides us with a great capacity to carry out different projects. In addition, Ripleg S.A.U is responsible for the development and prototyping of the product. We have the most advanced machinery for machining sheet metal, including CNC punching machines, laser cutting, CNC bending machines, robotic welding, MIG-MAG welding, TIG welding, painting, and surface treatments (zinc plating, anodizing, electropolishing...). The German TRUMPF machinery ensures excellent productivity and quality. Ripleg SAU complements the main machinery with a set of complementary machines, thus offering a wide range of solutions to our clients. We also have an electrical wiring section with machinery prepared for all types of electrical assemblies.

Finally, Ripleg S.A.U. has over 2000m2 for electromechanical assemblies of all kinds. We carry out line assemblies of various products, especially for sectors such as Vending and Mechatronics. We offer testing and commissioning services, which allows us to reduce logistical costs by sending the products to the end customer.
